 Akershus University Hospital – Outpatient Clinic for Personality Disorders | Oct 2022–July 2025

Responsibilities included diagnostic evaluations, treatment of severe personality disorders (e.g., borderline personality disorder), supervision of colleagues in complex treatment processes, crisis intervention for acute suicidality, and assessing patient suitability for treatment programs. Managed patients undergoing two-year combined individual and group therapy using mentalisation-based therapy (MBT).

Clinical Psychologist
 Modum Bad – Inpatient Division Specialised in Depression | Aug 2021–Sep 2022

Provided Intensive Short-term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) for patients with complex conditions involving trauma, personality disorders, and treatment-resistant depression. Patient were hospitalised for 12 week.
