Welcome, I am Tran Minh Phuc, a psychology expert with over 7 years of experience in counseling and therapy. Holding a Master’s degree in Psychology, I am committed to providing the best care and support for my clients through a range of modern and effective approaches such as Mindfulness, Client-Centered Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).

Throughout my career, I have supported many individuals in overcoming complex psychological challenges including insomnia, anxiety disorders, depression, couple relationship issues, enhancing self-understanding, dealing with psychological trauma, personality disorders, and sexual disorders. I believe that each individual has infinite potential for growth and self-healing, and my role is to support them in discovering and utilizing that potential.
