Hello, I am Manuel Guarino, a 40-year-old specialist who has lived and worked in Vietnam for the past 4 years. I have eight years of experience in the mental health field and hold a Master’s degree from the University of Padua. My primary focus is working with adults facing various challenges in life, providing support and guidance to help them overcome everyday difficulties as well as addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, stress, and other mental health concerns.
