Hello,

My name is Tram Anh, and I am someone who has always yearned to help those who are facing challenges in life, especially on a mental and emotional level. After graduating with a master’s degree in psychology from Hue University, I continued my journey with a passion for researching and caring for mental health at Keimyung University in South Korea. During my time there, I received intensive training in psychological trauma at the Korean National Mental Health Center, where I learned from top experts and accumulated effective and humane therapeutic methods.

With four years of experience in studying and working, I have witnessed and supported many people in overcoming the storms of life. I have assisted individuals facing psychological crises, emotional disorders, and even the painful thoughts of suicide. I understand that when we feel most alone, or when the pain is overwhelming, it can be incredibly difficult to find a safe place to share. That is why I want to be someone you can trust—a place where you can find understanding and a helping hand ready to assist.

Using modern therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral interventions for autistic children, family therapy, and supportive psychotherapy, I aim not only to address the issues but also to help you rebuild your trust in yourself and in life. Each person has their own unique story, and I believe that every story has value and deserves to be heard and supported.

I am also proud of my counseling abilities in Vietnamese, English, and Korean, which allows me to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, creating a comfortable and barrier-free environment. No matter where you are or what language you speak, I am here to listen to you.
