Adult and Couple Psychological Services
Counselling for Adults
Adult counseling provides a supportive environment to explore personal challenges, emotional struggles, and life transitions. Whether you’re facing trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, suicide, anorexia or simply looking to better understand yourself, therapy can help you build resilience and create meaningful change.
Many individuals find that counseling not only improves their emotional well-being but also enhances their overall quality of life. As with most personal growth processes, consistency and openness contribute greatly to lasting progress.
Our therapists are here to help and support you every step of the way.
Counselling for Couples
Couples therapy can give you and your partner the opportunity to discuss and resolve issues related to several aspects of your relationship, which can include: Roles in the relationship, sexuality, dependency, jealousy and general issues. Between 70-90% of couples find couples therapy beneficial. Beyond that, approximately two-thirds report an improvement in their physical well-being as well. Note that with more sessions comes more success.
