Working in a therapeutic capacity with adults and teenagers experiencing  a multitude of issues, Jagquie uses an eclectic approach in her counselling. Utilizing extensive skills in her toolbox including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Relaxation, and Radical Exposure Tapping (RET).  Tools which assist people to address and overcome their issues and challenges through redefining their self perceptions.

Jagquie also has great passion for, as well as extensive experience in facilitating group work.  Developing and facilitating support and personal development groups with women, adults experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy groups is a strength.  Another leading edge program Jagquie’s developed is facilitating twelve-week courses for women sexually abused as children.
