Hello!
I am Huong Ly, 35 years old, a psychology expert currently living and working in Da Nang. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2010 and a Master’s degree in Psychology in 2023 at the University of Education – University of Da Nang at the same time. Also a member of the Vietnam Psychotherapy Association.
I have 14 years of experience in special education and mental health care and am also a certified yoga therapy instructor through Yoga Alliance International. I work with clients: children, students, parents and adults who are facing psychological difficulties and challenges in life. Carry out counseling, consultation and support clients to solve problems such as: stress, anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, learning difficulties, loss of motivation, behavioral disorders, addiction gaming..and other mental health issues.
My approach to work is rooted in empathy, active listening combined with evidence-based techniques such as: Client centered, cognitive behavioral (CBT), Acceptance and commitment ( ACT), Mindfulness (Mind fullness) and yoga… to support clients to have better mental health.
