I’m a counselor with more than five years of experience and over 1,000 hours of 1:1 practice with clients from Vietnam and around the world. I often work with people facing stress, burnout, anxiety, low mood, relationship and family challenges, grief and loss, life transitions, and questions about career and direction.
I hold a Master’s in Mental Health and Wellbeing from the University of Wolverhampton (UK) and a Bachelor of Psychology, majoring in Counseling, from VNU University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Hanoi. I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a member of the Vietnam Psychotherapy Association, with further training in CBT, SFBT, ACT, the Gottman Method, trauma-informed care and Mental Health First Aid.
I draw mainly on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and I adapt the approach to you instead of fitting you into a method. We work together to explore what matters to you, make sense of what you’re going through, and build practical steps that fit your real life.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent seven years in corporate roles, so I know the pressure of demanding work and how hard it can be to balance career, family and your own needs. I’m also a wife and a proud mum of two daughters.
I believe every person can grow. When you feel heard, supported and encouraged, change becomes possible. My role is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself, and to walk alongside you at your own pace.
