She holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Psychology from Coventry University (2020), awarded with Upper Second Class standing, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language Studies from Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology (2017), graduating with an Average Good classification.
Her commitment to psychology is reflected in her contributions to public mental health education. In recognition of her outstanding dedication, she was awarded a certificate by WHYPsychologyVietnam on April 18, 2021, for excellence in psychological illustration – showcasing her ability to communicate mental health concepts effectively and accessibly.
In addition to her psychological work, Nhi has applied her skills in the business sector. She served as Assistant Store Manager at The Bakery Depot Pte Ltd from January 2021 to December 2022, where she developed leadership, team coordination, and customer service skills that complement her psychological insight.
