Although teens rarely say the words <em data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"482\">\u201cI\u2019m depressed\u201d<\/em>, many of them are silently struggling with emotional overwhelm, academic pressure, and a growing sense of isolation.<br data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"602\" \/>For parents and educators, prevention begins long before a clinical diagnosis, it begins with how we raise children to handle frustration, failure, and stress.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"836\"><strong data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"836\">Why Teens Rarely Say \u201cI\u2019m Depressed\u201d Yet Show the Signs Clearly<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"838\" data-end=\"1089\">In real clinical settings, many adolescents only express worries when emotional distress reaches a breaking point.
