Nguyen Thi Khanh Linh
I am a psychological counselor with a strong background in health psychology, integrating clinical medicine and psychology in mental health care. With experience working at Psychologist Vietnam and teaching Health Psychology at medical schools, I focus on providing holistic mind-body support for clients, especially in managing stress, anxiety disorders, depression, and chronic health conditions. My approach is grounded in client-centered and humanistic therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and evidence-based interventions. I believe that empathy, safety, and genuine connection are the keys to helping clients regain balance, self-worth, and direction in their lives.
