Psychologist Vietnam (PV) is a mental health referral and coordination service dedicated to supporting and advocating for individuals and families in identifying and accessing independent mental health and psychiatric professionals and services in Vietnam.<\/span><\/p>

PV may provide information about, and facilitate referrals to, psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, therapists, and other appropriately qualified mental health providers. PV verifies relevant provider qualifications, professional credentials, and, where applicable, authorization to practice in accordance with applicable Vietnamese laws and regulations, based on documentation and information available to PV at the time of verification.<\/span><\/p>

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all referred providers operate as independent professionals and are not employees, agents, or representatives of PV. Provider verification by PV does not mean that PV provides, directs, or controls the provider’s clinical services or professional judgment.<\/span><\/p>

\r\n Provider Responsibility<\/strong>\r\n \r\n Each provider is solely responsible for the clinical services they\r\n provide and for exercising their professional judgment in accordance\r\n with applicable professional standards and Vietnamese laws and\r\n regulations.\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n
\r\n The clinical relationship is established directly between the client and\r\n the independent provider.\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Psychologist Vietnam does not act as the client's treating psychologist,\r\n psychiatrist, physician, therapist, or other clinical healthcare provider\r\n unless expressly identified as such in a separate written agreement.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Our referral list is provided to support informed choices and assist\r\n clients in accessing appropriate mental health services.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Psychologist Vietnam does not provide:<\/strong>
\r\n Medical or mental health diagnosis, professional medical advice,\r\n medication prescribing, inpatient care, or clinical treatment through its\r\n referral services.\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Questions or concerns regarding an individual's personal health or medical\r\n condition should be addressed with an appropriately qualified healthcare\r\n professional.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Psychologist Vietnam does not guarantee the availability, timeliness, or\r\n effectiveness of a response to urgent or crisis-related communications.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n
