The TRF is intended for use by teachers who observe children ages 6-18 in a school setting. Teachers are asked to report on a child’s behavior over the past six months. The form contains over 100 items that teachers rate based on the child’s behavior, providing a comprehensive overview of the child’s emotional and behavioral adjustment in the school environment.
