My name is Umesh. I am a qualified psychologist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology (Distinction) from Nepal. I have over three years of clinical experience across counseling centers, private practice, and remote consultation settings.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), REBT, Narrative Therapy, and Family Therapy.
